WHAT's in your SHOT GLASS ?

Today my GIRL's brought me FLOWERS i LOVED them

but could not find a vase or glass that would not drown

my BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS. 

SO i found these:

Now John and I DON'T drink so I found a SUPERIOR use 

for a SHOT GLASS.

On another NOTE our COWBOY is getting BIG

He is now 130 pounds and only 9 Months, the

GIRL's can ride him (like a HORSE) we just

need to get a saddle :-!

That time of MONTH again

Yes it is that time again. Once a month I have to

clean this 75 gallon fish tank.

The GIRLS did this while I was cleaning

They were nice and quiet

FIRST, I have to take out ALL of the Decorations

Then I have to VACCUM the bottom 

                  and do a 50% water change

Then comes the additives for the NEW water

 I  put ALL of the decorations back

and Clean up MY mess

The GIRLS cleaned up there's too, without me ASKING

GOOD JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 2.5 hours I am FINISHED !!!!!

"SPRING CLEANING"

With the passing of the first day of SPRING, can you

guess what has been going on at our house for the past week ???

(here is a clue)

Yep time for SPRING CLEANING
now that is the first reason for the BIG cleaning

but, I also have alterior motives here is my LIST:

1)Because it is SPRING CLEANING time

2)Because John's BOSS A.K.A. the LANDLORD A.K.A. KRIS is coming

3)To dis-INFECT (i love that word dis-INFECT)

YES my whole family was sick NOT GOOD :-(

ALEXANDRA VERONICA
and JOHN (not pictured) were all sick.

Now when I do my SPRING CLEANING I always have to pretend my
GRANDMA
is coming over for a visit ,that way I can make sure I am EXTRA clean
(I am talking every CRACK, CREVASSE, BASEBOARD, & WINDOW SILL)



I am finally to the point I think I would pass my GRANDMA's Inspection

Here I SIT

AS i am sitting here taking care of Alexandra's puke pan, i stop and think how many people there are that i really would be able to do this for. See the thing is i despise puke and poop (i see it, smell it, touch it- I am grossed out EWWWWW seriously on the virge vomiting myself to the point that i have a hard time with my own vomit or poop) but yet for this precious little girl MY DAUGHTER i do it with ease, no problem. Here i sit holding her while she vomits, cleaning poop off of her when she has an accident, wash all the clothing that she gets sick in or on, while in this process getting it all over myself , it's no problem i am at ease. Only able to think about one thing HER, and hope with all my HEART this will end as soon as possible, that she never has to go threw it again.

SICK, SICK, SICK

i have one SICK LITTLE GIRL :-(
She has been up since 4:30 AM VOMITING
It makes me forlorn when my kids are sick, it makes me

WISH

i could trade places with her

be the one on a liquid diet

or only be able to hold down crackers

or even be the one throwing up,
which I would only

when one of MY girls are sick

because

I DETEST VOMITING

She is Finally ASLEEP and hopefully will stay that way for awhile.

But today was different, I wasn't even really looking and

Making a WISH

SINGING WHILE YOUR SWINGING

Last day for TEE SHIRTS

I am dejected to say this is the last day we will be
wearing short sleeve shirts and playing in the water :-( .
Tomorrow they are calling for it to be 46 Brrrrrrrr,
Now that's cold. After having 75 degree days even 60
feels chilly, yesterday I had to put a jacket on.



So for now we are making sure we are ready for
the cold weather to come. Hopefully the temperatures
will go back up soon !!!!!!

CONVERSATIONS

This is a conversation my 4 year old and I just had
(it was a little frustrating, but I have to share because it is a Little funny too)

ME: "Can you please pick up your mess"
Xandra: "I don't want to"
ME: "Please pick up your mess, I will give you a surprise" (resorting to bribery)
Xandra: "Can you ASK me what it is"
ME: "What is it?"
Xandra: " NO Can YOU ASK ME what is the surprise"
ME: " What is the Surprise?"
(at this point I have realized she is confusing "ask with tell")
Xandra: (with exasperation) "You need to ASK ME, what the surprise is"
ME: Sweetie I think you are confusing " ASK and TELL"
Xandra: "OK, now will you ASK me"
ME: "Will you pick up your mess?"

SHE PICKED UP HER MESS AND GOT A PIECE OF GUM

Summer "TEASER"

As the warm weather is winding down

we decided to spend yet another day outside

by the end of this week it will be 50 degree's again.
